This is a 1960s-style old-school meat restaurant in Busan that grills raw meat and pork skin. The pork is grilled with salt seasoning, mushrooms go on the grill, and a soybean paste stew comes at the end of the meal. Near the entrance are charcoal fire seats and the inner area uses gas fire, and in summer one air conditioner and a few fans handle the heat. Side dishes are limited to lettuce wraps, peppers, onions, garlic, kimchi, and pickled radish wraps, with no scallion salad.
