Sangsaeng Ramen is a Japanese restaurant near the main gate of Budae in Busan that serves soyu ramen as its signature dish. It uses soyu ramen rather than tonkotsu as its base and also offers fusion ramen and various side menus. Tamagoyaki, or rolled omelette, can be ordered together with karaage, and the combination of wasabi, mayonnaise, and a sweet flavor is its characteristic. The ramen containing gopchang (grilled intestines) has a base broth that is on the spicy side.
