Bangbae Yang Gopchang

Bangbae Yanggopchang in Sadang-dong, Seoul, serves gopchang (grilled intestines) and hongchang over charcoal. The intestines are grilled over direct heat so the oil drips down, and staff handle the grilling from start to finish. The dining room has only seven tables, so staff take orders and grill busily. A wait often forms, and food takes a long time to arrive after ordering.
