Apache Yangnyeom Tongdak

Apache Yangnyeom Tongdak is a chicken restaurant near Dangni in Busan that serves yetnal tongdak and maneul tongdak. The maneul tongdak has a taste like garlic has been placed on top, with almost no batter and a market-style fried chicken feel. It also serves dakbokkeumtang, and the yetnal tongdak has the soft texture typical of that style. If too much garlic liquid collects, the fried coating is not crisp.
