Baegdusan

Baekdusan is a noodle shop near Dadaepo and Molundae in Busan that serves kalguksu and seafood pajeon. The kalguksu is boiled with clams and shrimp in a clear broth, with cheongyang chili added for heat. Pajeon and mandu are served alongside the kalguksu, and kimchi and geotjeori come with it. On weekend lunchtimes there is a wait, with a number ticket issued.
