Rus Coffee is a large cafe in the Gamjeon Station area of Sasang-gu, Busan, serving hand-drip coffee and bread baked in-house. The signature Rus Coffee is clean and smooth without any burnt taste, with a subtle acidity and deep aroma. Beans are roasted on site and brewed by hand-drip without an espresso machine, and plain bread is baked in the store. The coffee and bread are good, but the prices run on the high side.
