Dumesangolg Dwaeji Gukbap

Dumesangol Dwaeji Gukbap is an old soup restaurant in Busan’s Sasang factory district, serving dwaeji gukbap and suyukbaekban. The broth is simmered for a long time in a cast-iron cauldron, then tender meat is added and the soup is reheated by pouring hot broth over it; the suyuk is made from samgyeopsal (pork belly). The broth has no pork odor and has a distinctive spicy flavor with the taste of grandmother’s cooking. Before ordering suyukbaekban, check whether the suyuk is still available.
