I-saek Sikdang is a butcher-style grill restaurant in Busan that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly), galbi-sal, and yukhoe bibimbap. The kimchi stew holds so much meat it looks like equal parts kimchi and pork, and the yukhoe bibimbap comes piled with yukhoe. Cheonyeop, liver, and deung-gol are served as complimentary items, and seonji-guk is on the menu. The lunch service uses shared dishes rather than individual ttukbaegi, and the galbi-sal and seonji-guk have sold out before 8 p.m.
