Rodem Guksu Kalguksu

Rodem Guksu Kalguksu is a noodle shop in the alley below Dongseo University and Kyungnam College of Information and Technology in Jurye-dong, Busan. It serves noodles and kalguksu, with Teuk-kal — kalguksu noodles in a rich jjamppong-style broth — and red kalguksu as the representative dishes, along with dense dumplings. A rice cooker is set out so diners can take as much rice as they like. Dongjuk kalguksu is a seasonal menu item.
