Dalbong Makchang

Dalbong Makchang is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant in Naedang-dong, Daegu. It also serves samgyeopsal (pork belly) and galbisal, with warm tteokbokki and japchae as basic side dishes. The basic side dishes and doenjang are made in-house, and set menus let you try several meats. Without a reservation, a wait is possible.
