Old Hand Mandu is a mandu shop in Jungni-dong, Seo-gu, Daegu, across from Daegu Medical Center. It rolls its own mandu skins and makes steamed mandu, pan-fried mandu, and large mandu, and it also sells jjolmyeon and noodles. There are four or five sit-down tables, and the mandu can be ordered for takeout. The mandu skins in the mandu soup are on the thick side.
