Bien is a vintage cafe in the back streets of Sinnonhyeon Station in Seoul, serving espresso, cream coffee, and desserts in a southern Japanese and Southeast Asian style. Its croffles, made from dough prepared in-house, and sweet coffee are the signature items. The owner of a flower shop converted the space into a cafe, which operates from noon to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The interior is white and ivory with props such as a piano, and the atmosphere is quiet.
