Ragdoll Cat Cafe Decat is a small cat cafe on the fifth floor in Sinchon, Seoul, and only Ragdolls are kept there. Drinks are drawn from a coffee machine, and the cats have set feeding and play times. At the entrance, visitors take off their shoes, change into slippers, and pay at a kiosk to enter. The interior is on the small side.
