Jeil Hwangso Gopchang

Jeil Hwangso Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant in Seoul that serves gopchang and modum gui. Modum gui places gopchang, daechang, makchang, chadol, and heart on a cast-iron griddle and is eaten with buchu. The meat arrives mostly cooked, so it needs only a little more cooking at the table. The gopchang is good, but the prices are on the high side.
