Yongseunureungji Kkoko is an oven-baked chicken restaurant by Hongjecheon in Seoul that roasts chicken with nurungji. Its signature dish is nurungji chicken, served after the oil is well drained for a lighter taste. The dining area is bright and cool, and delivery customers make up a larger share of its business.
