Danbaeg

Danbaek is a reservation-only restaurant in Seogwipo that serves single portions of black pork collar. The aged pork collar is seared over charcoal and brought to the table on a personal brazier with mushrooms, and tomato pickles can be ordered as well. Naver reservations open one day in advance, and the meat arrives already cooked, to be reheated on the personal brazier. Additional meat cannot be ordered.
