Soso Hoetjip

Soso Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan, serving assorted hoe and mulhoe. Its assorted hoe includes yellowtail, flounder, mullet and sea bream, and comes with miyeokguk and side dishes. The hanchi mulhoe and hoe-deopbap are large portions, the maeuntang is served with a spicy broth, and the restaurant stays open until 5 a.m. The fish itself is ordinary, so the portions are heavy relative to the quality.
