Obaejip Wang Jokbal

Obaekjip Wang Jokbal is an old jokbal restaurant near Seongsin Women's University Station in Seoul that serves jokbal and jaengban makguksu. The jokbal comes in one size and is eaten by pairing the chewy skin and soft meat with scallions, chive muchim, lettuce, and perilla leaf. A single order of jokbal is enough for two people. The restaurant draws many customers, so waits are common.
