Seongbukdong Malgeun Kalguksu Naengmyeon Cheongsan

Seongbukdong Malgeun Kalguksu Naengmyeon Cheongsan is an old naengmyeon restaurant in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul, serving kalguksu and mandu alongside its main focus of chik naengmyeon. Its signature mul chik naengmyeon is sweet-and-sour and cold, while the bibim naengmyeon is not very spicy and has a nutty taste. The restaurant has operated for nearly 30 years, and when an order of two servings or more is placed by phone, the owner delivers it in person. The mandu now comes in smaller portions than before.
