Bricksand Seongsu Factory

Bricksand Seongsu Factory is a bakery in the alleys of Seongsu that sells brick-shaped financiers. The bricks come in sweet, dark, ruby, matcha, almond, and hazelnut, and the ruby brick contains natural raspberry. Baking takes place every day at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., with bake times posted on the building's outer wall and the kitchen visible through glass. Each item is wrapped in individual plastic, which weakens the sense of choosing freshly baked bread on the spot.
