Maart Coffee Brewers is a quiet neighborhood cafe in Seongsu, Seoul. It serves flat whites and Einspänner and lets you choose beans to match either a fruity acidity or a nutty profile. The owner drinks eight cups a day to check the coffee's condition and runs a quiet space with jazz playing. The seating area is not large.
