Eobusasiga

Eobusashiga is a neighborhood restaurant in Seoul’s Syarosugil serving grilled fish set meals and Korean set menus. Each set includes grilled mackerel, stir-fried squid or spicy pork, sundubu (soft tofu stew), and two bowls of rice. A wait forms on weekends, and the mackerel is coated with curry and grilled by frying it in oil. Curry sundubu is an experimental dish with a curry flavor rather than the familiar sundubu (soft tofu stew).
