Harbin Yangkkotchi is a small lamb barbecue restaurant in a back alley behind Uber Police in Gwanak, Seoul. It serves lamb skewers and lamb ribs, and the lamb skewers are not greasy. The restroom inside the restaurant is shared with the neighboring shop. Because it is in a back alley, it is not easy to find.
