Paekdon

Baekdon is a restaurant in Seoul that serves specialty cuts of pork and unusual side dishes. Its two-person set combines kkodeul-sal, pork jowl, ppol-sal, and kkot-sal, and diners also order the poktan dirty egg souffle and truffle cream fried rice. Visits can be booked through Naver Reservation, and kimchi jjagae is served free after 10 p.m. Grease drips from the exhaust hood, showing a lack of hygiene management.
