Seongneomeo Jip

Seongneomeojip is a chicken restaurant on the edge of Bulgwang-dong in Seoul, at the foot of Bukhansan. Its dakbokkeumtang is an old-style gochujang-based version boiled down in a gamasot, and it also serves samgyetang and dakbaeksuk. The restaurant operated behind the Board of Audit and Inspection in Seongbuk-dong before moving to Bulgwang-dong after redevelopment, and the dakbokkeumtang can be ordered in two or three portions. Being on the outskirts of Bulgwang-dong, it is inconvenient to reach without a car.
