Sinjeonggyo Gopchang

Sinjeonggyo Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant near Sinjeonggyo in Seoul that serves pork makchang, gopchang, sundae, and chicken feet. The vegetable gopchang and egg gopchang come out with a non-spicy seasoning and a charred flavor, while the makchang is eaten with perilla leaf, pickled radish, chives, and flying fish roe rice. It stays open until 2 a.m., so it can be found late at night in Mokdong. The fried rice is served with kimchi, seaweed, and sesame oil blended so the oil does not splatter.
