Yongsan Gol Makchang

Yongsangol Makchang is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant in Seoul. It lightly boils the beef abomasum to reduce its fat before serving it with galbitsal, pork jowl, and doenjang jjigae. After 6 p.m., customers often have to wait. Ventilation is poor while the meat is grilling, making the dining area stuffy.
