Buchu Tong Samgyeop

Buchu Tong Samgyeop is a samgyeopsal restaurant in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul. Its signature dish, tongnamu samgyeop, is par-cooked before it comes out and then grilled again at the table. Diners grill bean sprouts, buchu, and kimchi together with the meat, and the meat arrives already par-cooked. The samgyeopsal is frozen and cut thin.
