Ciel Pâtisserie is a French pâtisserie in Thomson V One in Upper Thomson. It serves lemon meringue tart, raspberry pistachio tart, matcha tart, and yuzu cake, with tart shells that are crisp and buttery. The shop has continued from its time as Rorong Assu, and cakes and tarts can be eaten in a quiet café space. Most tarts are sold out by 7:30 in the evening.
