Lim's Cafe

Lim's Cafe is a cafe in a Singapore hawker centre that serves Hainanese-style coffee and Kopi C. It brews Kopi C siu dai and unsweetened Kopi C strong and aromatic. Instead of the usual sock-brew method, each cup is pulled on a coffee machine, and beans are ground on site for iced coffee and cold drinks. Prices run higher than at other drink stalls in the hawker centre.
