Molaggwan

Morakgwan is a Korean restaurant in Apgujeong, Gangnam, Seoul, serving pork bossam, pork jowl suyuk, and bossam kimchi. The pork is separated by cut, including pork jowl, pork belly, and pork shoulder, and is served with bossam kimchi. Bossam kimchi can be purchased separately, and noodle dishes such as Morak guksu and Cheongyang kimchi guksu are also available. The portion of bossam kimchi is on the small side.
