Sokcho Gukbap

Sokcho Gukbap is a gukbap restaurant at the edge of Sokcho Jungang Market, serving clear pork gukbap, udon gukbap, and naengsuyuk. The clear broth comes with soft suyuk piled on top and no gamey smell. Ordering gukbap brings a small sample of suyuk on the side, and naengsuyuk is eaten with myeongtae hoe muchim and onions. The menu is limited to gukbap, udon gukbap, and naengsuyuk.
