Danmak Seokchon Lake Branch

Danmak Seokchonhosu is a grilled-meat restaurant near Seokchon Lake's Songridan-gil and Seokchon Station, serving hwadeok makchang and pork. The makchang is par-grilled over a wood-fired oven to render out the fat, then served crisp outside and chewy inside, with staff grilling it at the table. Pa makchang and seasoned makchang are also on offer. The meats can be paired with cheolpan bokkeum bap, cheongyang ttukbaegi bap, and dwaeji jjigae, and there is a wait.
