Nachongol

Nachongol is a Seoul meat restaurant that grills samgyeopsal and galbi over charcoal. The LA galbi and saeng galbi take on smoke, and the meal often includes deulgireum makguksu and cheonggukjang. After reopening, the owner's recommended order is to grill the saeng galbi first and follow with the LA galbi. The side dishes are made in-house and paechae is served alongside.
