Somiyeon

Somiyeon is a neighborhood Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The chadol jjamppong comes with a broth that has a smoky, savory flavor, and the tangsuyuk is fried to order. Many residents of the neighborhood eat there, and the jjamppong portions are on the large side. The ganjjajang is almost the same as the regular jjajangmyeon.
