Ssakssuri Guksu

Ssakssuri Guksu is a small restaurant in Seoul that serves noodles, sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), and bibimbap. The menu offers janchi guksu, bibim guksu, and yubu guksu, and the noodle and sujebi portions run large. Opening hours are short, so visits have to be timed to them. The restaurant is closed on weekends.
