Sakaba Shinkawa

Sakaba Shinkawa is a Japanese-style whisky bar in Daegu that serves highballs, sake, and shochu. When you order a drink, a snack matched to that drink comes with it. It opened on May 1, 2023, and serves house-made cold udon and cocktails based on Japanese whisky. On weekdays there is a 1-hour-30-minute nomihodai course, and the bartender explains the origin and meaning of the drinks.
