Ramen Research Institute-24H Unmanned Ramen Shop is a 24-hour self-service store near Shilin Night Market in Taipei where customers choose and cook their own ramen. Noodles including Shin Ramyun and Buldak Bokkeum Myeon are available with vegetables, ham, corn, and kimchi. Orders are placed at a kiosk by selecting noodles and toppings, with payment by cash, card, or Line Pay. After picking up the ramen using a number ticket, customers place ingredients in a foil bowl and cook it for a few minutes in a boiling machine.
