Niwatori is a yakitori-focused izakaya in a narrow alley of Harmonica Yokocho in Kichijoji, Tokyo. It serves chicken simmered for several hours each day, yakitori, and grilled shiitake mushrooms. The shop is small, with around ten counter seats, so customers sit close together. The staff are foreign and their service is gentle.
