Gangdong Hoe Susan

Gangdong Hoesusan is a hoe restaurant in Myeongchon, Ulsan, serving wild raw fish, mulhoe, and course meals. The raw fish includes thick slices of flatfish and seasonal yellowtail and croaker, while the course adds whale meat, domestic skate, and beef yuksasimi. Rooms are divided by accordion curtains, so neighboring tables are not visible, though voices carry. The portions of hoe are not generous.
