Ureok Burak

Ureok Burak is a rockfish hoe restaurant behind Uldeul Hospital, across from Ulsan City Hall. It serves thick aged rockfish hoe, grilled rockfish, and rockfish maeuntang. When you order hoe, sushi rice is shaped and refilled so you can wrap it yourself with gim, baekgimchi, and pickled ginger. There are only six tables, so walking in without a reservation can mean waiting.
