Giovane Coffee

Giovane Coffee is a small independent cafe near Yeoksam Station in Seoul that serves specialty coffee and tiramisu. The tiramisu is made to order, with the cream whipped when the order comes in, then layered over mascarpone cream and moist ladyfinger sheets with cocoa powder and java chips on top. The shop offers single-origin hand drip and decaf coffee, and on weekend afternoons around 3 p.m. only one table tends to remain. When it gets busy, staff handle serving and clearing themselves, so the shop's tidiness slips.
