Byeoljogbal

Byeol Jokbal is a jokbal restaurant in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul, near Seolleung Station, that serves jokbal and bossam. Orders can be split half and half between regular jokbal and spicy jokbal, and come with noodles and kimchi stew. Takeout orders include flying fish roe rice balls at no extra charge. The jokbal has a chewy, tender texture without any gamy smell.
