Imone Kalguksu

Imone Kalguksu is a neighborhood noodle shop in an alley leading from the Gangnam Severance intersection toward Yeoksam-dong. It serves chicken kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and anchovy kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) with handmade chewy noodles and a spicy broth, along with dumplings and daily-made geotjeori kimchi. The restaurant does not accept one-person meal orders at 11:30 a.m.; one-person orders are available after 1 p.m. Despite its name, the chicken kalguksu contains no chicken.
