Hanseong Charcoal Lamb Skewers

Hanseong Chamsut Yangkkotchi is a lamb barbecue restaurant serving yangkkotchi and Chinese dishes in Singil New Town near Sinpungyeok in Seoul. Diners grill the yangkkotchi over a charcoal brazier and can also order yanggalbi and yanggitmeori skewers. An old sign written in Chinese characters and a second-floor staircase show traces of the restaurant’s age. The interior is narrow, the air conditioning is weak, and it can feel hot when grilling for a long time beside the brazier.
