Herb Jokbal 1st Branch is near Dangsan Station and serves tender jokbal without any gamy smell, along with bibim naengmyeon. Ordering front or hind trotters brings bibim naengmyeon and a sample of bul jokbal, plus baechu geotjeori and baechu guk on the side. Since opening in 2011, it has used the second and third floors and now also the fourth-floor rooftop seats, and on weekday evenings the wait can run around 20 minutes. With so many people, the room is loud enough that conversation at the table is difficult.
