Ilseong-Og

Ilseongok is a restaurant in Dangsan-dong, Seoul, serving sundae-guk and ojingeo-bokkeum. The sundae-guk comes in several varieties, and the ojingeo-bokkeum gets its flavor from squid and onions cooked together. The sundae-guk is served with side dishes including kimchi with jeotgal, and the portion of meat is generous. The broth is light but salty.
