Jeju Gogi Guksu

Jeju Gogi-guksu is a restaurant in Seoul that serves Jeju-style gogi-guksu and spicy gogi-guksu. The clear, rich pork broth comes with tender meat on top, along with sides such as gulim mandu and squid jeotgal. Orders are placed at a self-service kiosk, and side dishes and water are self-service as well. The spicy noodles are not very spicy, and the drinks include Hallasan and peanut and tangerine makgeolli.
