Miso Ne Makchang Gui

Misonemakchanggui is a restaurant in Seoul serving grilled makchang (beef abomasum). The makchang is partially grilled first, then cooked over charcoal and eaten with chives. Noodles and albap take quite a long time to arrive after ordering. The small restaurant has only four tables.
