Mullae Balhalla Changjak Dwaeji is a Korean meat grill in Mullae Changjakchon that cooks samgyeopsal and pork collar over real charcoal. The meat is grilled on strong charcoal heat and served with doenjang meljeot, flying fish roe wasabi, and pineapple sauces. Meat goes on one piece at a time once the charcoal has turned white, and staff grill the meat and mix an old-style dosirak for you. There is no self-service bar, so getting more lettuce or garlic is difficult.
